In particular, the wedding reception needs to be extremely special and well-organized so that you and your spouse can cherish it forever. Even though the entire wedding necessitates proper planning but the most important part comprise of the reception which needs maximum attention. In order to make sure that your wedding reception is the best one on earth, you need to consider a few things.

1. Firstly, you need to decide the venue for you wedding reception. As a matter of fact, deciding upon the venue is the most important aspect of the reception since it is this place where everything other related to the reception has to take place. Evaluate as to where you wish your wedding reception to be held and make the decision considering your personal liking as well as your budget.

2. Secondly, you need to take into account the requirements of your guests while planning your wedding reception. For this reason, you need to have wedding displays and guest books so that you can equip your guests with proper information comprising what they should know about the couple, things of interest on the reception etc. You also have to decide how you would like to welcome your guests.

3. Another important consideration for your wedding reception is the seating plan. You need to determine if you want the seating plan to be formal or casual. It is your personal wish as how you wish it to be considering the overall ambience of the wedding reception.

You also need to decide if you want a table for wedding gifts. If you also expect cash as gift, you need to decide as how to manage it. As there might be many guests, you also need to decide how you can secure the gifts.

4. Then you have to decide about the wedding reception decorations, and the cake. You can consult with your spouse as to what kind of decoration and wedding cake you two should have, how the cake will be distributed amongst your guests etc.

5. You need to plan the menu you would like to have on your wedding reception. Anything which you like to serve your guests and is within your resources is a fine idea. Also settle on if you would like to have alcohol to be served on your reception. If you want it to be served for free, it will require a huge budget. You can also go for soft drinks if you want things to be in limited budget.

6. Furthermore, decide if you would like to have music on your wedding reception and how you are going to manage the Photography.
All these considerations will allow you to have a great wedding reception which you and your spouse will adore and which will be memorable for the guests as well.
